The second day of Fashion Pakistan Week 2012 (FPW 4) was opened by enchanting Sanam Chaudhri. Inspired by ‘Shibori’, a Japanese resist-dye technique, Sanam Chaudhri’s new collection – ‘Kage’ – is resplendently edgy! Featuring bold hues of indigo and white, spun around shades of burnt orange,fiery red and black, KAGE echoes of a purer age, whilst marching to an electric beat. Combining casual and refined textures, from cotton to satin, this line holds an international appeal. Pieces can be combined in any way, for any occasion, to suit all – especially the woman who rocks her own world! Most of the pieces in her collection were paired with a broad shiny belt in red or silver that cinched the waist and broke down the straight silhouette. With styling by Maha Burney and Sanam Chaudhri. Known for her ability to work with traditional patterns and energetic colors, combine with an arrangement of cuts and fabric.Her collection was all traditional with great embroidery along with detail embellishment. Nargiz Hafeez’s Collection at Fashion Pakistan Week included embroidered shirts along with trousers, shorts and churidar pajamas.  Her Collection was highly appreciated by the audience. Traditional gotas and embroidery was her signature style. The collection included fully worked bridal shirts to beautiful fully embroidered shirts with patiyala shalwars.  He was able to catch the audience in a groove as his cutting edge designs and colorful patterns were perfectly fused with well thought out background music. Kuki Concepts was impressive in the 3rd season of FPW and the label didn’t disappoint the fashionista’s here either. Zahid Khan is confident of his masterful cuts and innovation, and he showcased that well by presenting a variation of fabrics and trends.
